**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF AGE OR GENDER THAT ARE RESIDENTS OF THE CHESTER AREA AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE SUPPORT OF THOSE RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE HANDBRIDGE, HOOLE, NEWTON, BOUGHTON AND GREAT BOUGHTON NEIGBOURHOODS WHERE THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC NEED THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS MEETING THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA OF THE CHARITY'S FUNDING REQUIREMENTS.

**Activities:** The  aim of the charity is to support residents of the Chester area of all ages by providing relief of financial difficulty or to support assisting with specialist requirements that have not been able to be satisfied via traditional routes.In particular the charity supports those residents living in the Handbridge, Hoole, Boughton and Great Boughton neighbourhoods where Cecil and his wife Mary l
