**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**

We held Management Committee meetings, and Trustee meetings as needed over Zoom. The Management Committee meetings included significant Trustee presence.

Membership of the society is open to all with standard and concession annual membership fees (£30 and £15) with under 16's free however due to the lack of face-to-face meetings we reduced the membership fee (£15 and £7.50) until September 2021. The society will return to a programme of paid events to raise funds for infrastructure and equipment in support of the charitable objects.
