## Treasurer’s Report for the year ending 5-4-24 prepared 31-7-24 

HD read out the Treasurer’s Report that had been submitted to the Charity Commission for the year ending 5/4/23; and advised that these accounts had been audited. 

HD stated year ending 5/4/24 had not yet been audited or submitted to the Charity Commission but so that everyone was aware of the current balance and the funds that may need to be returned/redistributed in the event that the project ceased, that she would report on this period. 

Funds raised during the year amounted to £5,058.97.  It was noted that £2,000 of this had been a donation from a keep fit club, and that this would certainly have to be returned if the project ceased.  Current balance in the bank is £36,338.91. 

If the Hyperlocal grant has to be returned, the remaining balance (after the legal fees of £1,639 had been paid out) would be £18,361.  Therefore, the balance in the bank that may have to be returned/redistributed would be £17,977.91.
