**Activities:** The aim of the kollel Sha`arei Shamayim which is situated in Manchester UK is to teach the young men, to become independent. The number of people in the program will be a minimum of 20 people and the course will be over three years they will be learning a number of courses including Milah, Sechitah, Safrus and  will also assist special needs children from the age of 14 upwards,
