**strength to strength. A team of volunteers deliver all the services. Feedback from residents has been very positive about the range of activities we have provided during the last year. We have developed our partnership working and the results have been beneficial for the organisations involved and our clients. We will be developing our partnership working model forward to further develop our joint outcomes** We are working with clients to identify how we can bring the communities together to reduce the levels of apprehension. We have developed our conversation and friendship groups and these activities go from strength to strength. Feedback from individuals has been very encouraging. Across the neighbourhood a main area of concern is the continuing mess caused by fly tipping and other environmental issues. We continue to work through our group of residents involved in the Community Champions network who continue to develop and help deliver community activities to pinpoint hot spots and to encourage through education residents who may not be aware of the ‘norm’ in waste disposal and recycling. The cultural mix of the area continues to become more complex. Through our partnership working we have actively developed opportunities to bring people together from all sectors of the community to meet and get to know each other, thereby learning about each other’s communities and cultures

## **Independent examiner's report on the accounts**

**Section A**

**Independent Examiner’s Report**

**Report to the trustees/** Charity Name Streets Ahead For Information **members of On accounts for the year** 23 August 2022 **Charity no** CE010846 **ended (if any) Set out on pages** (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets)

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **23 / 08 / 2022** .

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

## **Independent examiner's statement**

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,:

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
