FOURSQUARE GOSPEL CHURCH ANNUAL RETURN FINANCIAL YEAR JUNE 25[TH] 2020 TO JUNE 24[TH] 2021
The church was on locked down due to covid restrictions. The activities of the church during this period was next to nothing. Visual church services were held about 3 to 4 times, but the attendance and response was not encouraging. The chairman of the board of Trustees and one other member of the board were out of jobs due to covid. There was a significant increase to the rent and utility bills the church was
paying in 2019. One of our pastors lost his life to covid. Another pastor and a brother also lost their loved ones to covid. These losses imparted greatly on the church.
Charity (Foursquare Gospel Church) Source of Income:
The church depends largely on the offerings collected every Sunday during church services and the tithes paid in by the senior pastor who is the chairman of the Board of Trustees. Unfortunately, the chairman lost his job and this made the church Income to decline tremendously. BREAK DOWN OF THE CHURCH EXPENSES.

LAYING SLABS ON THE FRONTAGE OF THE CHURCH (THIS IS BECAUSE THERE WAS INDISCRIMINATE DUMPING OF REFUGE IN FRONT OF THE CHURCH. COMPLAINTS MADE SEVERALLY TO BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL AND THEY DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS. THE CHURCH SPENT £2700 FOR THIS.
- CENTRAL HEATING: THE CHURCH INSTALLED A BOILER AND RADIATORS. BEFORE NOW, WE WERE
USING ELECTRIC HEATERS WHICH CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRIFICATION OF THE PLACE. CENTRAL HEATING COST THE CHURCH OVER £3500.
- RESTORATION OF LIGHT COST OVER £650.
PARTIAL DAMAGE TO CHURCH FENCE CAUSED BY A TREE GROWING IN THE MIDST OF THE FENCE WAS POORLY RESTORED BY INEXPERIENCED HANDYMAN. COST THE CHURCH £1300 TOTAL EXPENDITURE: £11205. BALANCE: £455
