Objectives and activities
The objects of the Chatity are the relief of the rxxy and r* (K the benefft of such otlEr

Funds are raised for the Chanty by the members of the Rotary Club of w1nd￿r and Eton.
The main activity undertaken for the public tenefit in relation to the Chatity's objects is the making

The Charity paid out £5,455 in grants atKI donab.ons during the year. These grants covered
de range of worthy causes. as disclosed in ttje axounts. in respKTh to tth crises and short
and longer tem needs kKally, nationally and intemationally.
The main fund raising ￿tIVItieS the Summer Fayre and D￿k R*.
Rotary Club members continue to suprx)rt Windsor Fcojshare vthich started during the Covid
pandemic.
The Trust￿$ Overs￿ investsnent strategy, taking ajvice from th￿"r stcthrckn as ne(wsary.
There V•Ere no thanges to the Chatity's investment pKJrtfolio in the Feri(xl. The market value
of the rK)rtfolio decreased in value by 4.0¥0 during the year army yieldeil £7,381 in dividends.
Currently only the income from the tK)rtfolio is av&lat4e to the gen* fuThJ from Nthich all
payments of general fund grants are m*.
Financial review
The Trust*s do not have a nurnerica wli¢y reserve5; simply to hoid a balan￿ of funds that
enaiAe a rapid response to emergency needs and. also. to grant t(wards applications frx FElp from
I￿1. national and intemational causes.
The reseNes li.e. the net asset value} at 30th June 2023 stc(¥J at £217.688 of ￿[ch £40,326
related to the General Fund and the Trustees confimi t*￿t is adequate for the wlicy slated above.
The Trustees are not wre of any financial risks to ¥yhich the Charity is ex￿Sed other than
the Fxissible reduction in market value of the investment pytfdio.

As the charity trustees of Windsor & Eton Rotary Charity you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities
Act 20111.the ACVI.
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity'5 accounts carried out under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5}Ibl of the Act.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to
my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any
material respect-
1. accounting records were Th)t kept in respect of the Chanty as requir&1 by sectN)n
130 of the Act., or
2. the accounts do not accord those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in orderto enable a proper
