Charity and their initial Fenods of appointment are stated in the consb"lub"on. The Trustees manage
the Charitys affairs.

payM￿ts of gengral fund grants are m•Jo.
Flnanclal revlew
The Trustee8 do not have a numerical policy on reseN88,' simpty lo hold a balance of funds that
enable a rapid responso lo emefgency need8 and. alw. lo grant towards applications for help from
local. naknonal and inlemation81 causes.
The reserves (i.e. the net asset value) at 30th June 2021 stood at È219,114 of ￿lch £33,134
related to the Gener81 Fund and the Tnjstees confim) that is adequate for Ihe poliw staled above.
The Trustee8 are not aware of any fin8naal t18k8 to the Chanty is exp08ed other than
the possible reduction in market value of the investmenl pothlio

As the charity trustees of Windsor & Eton Rotsry Charity you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charits'es
Act 2011 {'the ACV).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charivs accounts carried out under section 145
of the Art and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity C¢)mmission under sectbon 145{5llbl of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to
my attention in conneth'on with the examination giving me cause to believe that In any
material respect:
