TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE (BEING INDIVIDUALS AGED 30 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER) ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, AND2. TO RELIEVE NEED AND/OR REHABILITATE EX-OFFENDERS OR CARE-LEAVERS (WITHOUT LIMITATION OF AGE) THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING THEIR POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** To help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
