Publicity** We have had regular adverts and a number of articles in the Village Magazine. Our website brings a number of enquiries and contacts. **3. Fundraising** We sold our Ride On train this year as our members could nolonger support running .We also received a donation of a quantity of products from Ronseal and are anticipating more.  We have attended selling opportunities at Southbourne Village Hall, the jumble trail and a good Christmas sale table at Southbourne Farm Shop and we have just had a successful day at the 2025 Village Hall Spring Sale. We sold some excess tools to members and members also purchased some of our products.

With Security of Tenure doubts, and the possibility of seeking **Brief statement of the** alternative premises, the Trustees decided to increase the ringfenced **charity’s policy on** contingency fund to £9000 within the accounts.
