**Objects:** TO ADMINISTER THE INITIAL GRANTS MADE BY THE AIR TRAINING CORPS GENERAL PURPOSES FUND TO THE SOUTH YORKSHIRE & WEST RIDING WINGS IN 1941; AND TO ADMINISTER ALL FURTHER SUMS OF MONEY RECEIVED FROM ANY SOURCE. SECONDLY, TO DISBURSE THESE FUNDS FOR THE DIRECT BENEFIT OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE AIR TRAINING CORPS IN THE WING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT, AND FUTURE, REGULATIONS OF THE CORPS AND AS DIRECTED BY THE WING MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE.

**Activities:** The objectives of the Air Training Corps are:a. To promote and encourage among young people a practical interest in aviationand the Royal Air Force.b. To provide training which will be useful both in Service and in civilian life.c. To foster the spirit of adventure and to develop the qualities of leadership andgood citizenship.
