Sandar Hla has taken this responsibility and we plan to bring in a new board member when the health crisis relaxes. - the charity’s organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works; - relationship with any related parties; - trustees’ consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. ## **Section C Objectives and activities** **Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** The advancement of education for the public benefit by establishing and maintaining a bi-lingual website and digital archive of the social history and cultural heritage of Myanmar/Burma and promoting its content through outreach activities including translations into ethnic minority languages, exhibitions and partnerships with education providers in Myanmar and internationally. March **2012** **TAR** 3 The Kite Tales Foundation, like many other organisations, had to navigate a very difficult year in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The co-founders had to suspend a number of planned trips and activities due to multiple lockdowns and travel bans, which affected and restricted their ability to create more content for the bi-lingual website (www.kite-tales.org). Despite this, the co-founders of the Kite Tales continued to promote the website and create some new content, to further our goal of advancing education for the public benefit with this digital archive of the social history and cultural heritage of Myanmar/Burma. **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** **Additional details of objectives and activities (Optional information)** March **2012** **TAR** 4 The website continues to grow through the work of co-founders Kelly Macnamara and Thin Lei Win, whose work on the project is on a voluntary basis.
