The Charity provides Horse and Carriage Rides and Equine Training for people with varying disabilities

We carried  out Carriage Driving Sessions on 2 days per week providing 

Carriage rides and schooling for participants. We encouraged training to varying degrees from basic horse management to assisting to drive the carriage

We have to hold a certain amount of money in our bank account to make sure there are sufficient funds to finance care of our pony eg feed, vets fees, farrier and to provide stabling. Especially during the winter when we have no income but still have these ongoing costs

## Explanatory notes: 

## **INCOME** 

Donations: from Joyce Ford’s funeral (a friend of Agnes Smalley), from the BK tabletop sale, Inner Wheel, and clothing 

Fundraising: tractor run, Xmas raffle (some of this had to be used for a tip for wait staff), Ditcheat & Brent Knoll tabletop sales 

Sale of Merchandise: remaining books 

Other: Chard reimbursement for insurance for Millie’s carriage, Xmas meal payments, eggs/coffee 

Horses & equipment sold: carriages sold (wagonette, BB, Jackson) 

## **EXPENDITURE** 

Fundraising expenses: hall hire for Ditcheat tabletop sale (invoice not received for BK sale) 

Yard equipment and repairs: mostly for the new ramp 

Training costs: frst aid courses 

Helper’s expenses: mileage for substitute coach and first aid training 

Administrative costs: phone, webhosting etc 

Other costs: Xmas meal (inc. tip), mileage for assessor, DBS checks, bank charges, biscuits, milk etc
