The ownership of the budding is vested in the Ripley Hall Management Con)n)ittee. The
Soaety has the exclusThe right to use thc building free of Ienr ￿ petpetuity. The costs of
refiubishing and equipment are charged to income & expenditure in the year. The increase i
expenditure orer the pllor Ye￿ is *ttnl)ur2ble to the rLew electricity suppl}, installatkon at the
museum (see note 6).
