ALSO TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES ANCILLARY TO ACCOMMODATION WHICH PROMOTE HEALTH, WELL BEING AND IMPROVE A HEALTHIER OUTCOME FOR THOSE PEOPLE EXPERIENCING POVERTY, POOR HOUSING OR HOMELESSNESS
