The Charity has submitted its Business Plan to Gedling Borough Council for the Asset Transfer of Pondhills Community Centre. The Business Plan was submitted on or about 23/09/18.
To date the Council have made no official comment on the plan and as such the proposed Asset Transfer appears to be “on hold”. Further negotiations are being planned.
The Charity, therefore, currently has no physical or financial assets or liabilities. In the event of the Asset Transfer proceeding as planned the Charity will initially receive funds from The Gedling Borough Arts Association, which will be wound up.
The Gedling Borough Arts Association is a none charitable organisation whose constitution states that if it is wound up its assets must go to a charitable organisation.
