Afterthis, weareveryproudto saythatour staffteamhasgrownandbecomecloseoftengivingup theirownpersonalfamilytimetomake improvementstotheirworkingenvironment,our children numbershavegrown,andwehaveaverypositiverelationshipwithallour parents. Wearesogratefulforthehardworkofourstaff,thegenerosityandsupportofourcommunity,the adviceandskillsofour volunteertrusteecommittee andthecontinuedsupportofKatie,Jane, Gemma, AdamandAbbey. ``` ## `September 2022` ``` BeccaMorganstartedinpostasthenewPre-schoolManager,,enablingaperiodofhandover betweenherandtheoutgoingmanager,Amy Chalesworth.Beccabringswithherawealthof experienceinearlyyearseducationandambitiousplansforthedevelopmentoftheseting.She hit thegroundrunningandquicklyhadavisible,positiveimpact. ``` ## `October 2022` ``` Amylefther postasPreschoolManagertobeginanewcareerasapoliceofficer. InSeptember2022wehadacohortof19childrenonregister,inSeptember2023we had36 childrenonregisterwithanother16duetostartover thenextyear.Wenowonlyhavespaces availablefromSeptember2024. ``` ``` Weanticipatewewillhave22 childrenleavingustogotoNetherthong PrimarySchoolinSeptember 2024,soBeccaandthePreschool teamareworkingverycloselywithEmmaOddythereception teachertoensurethatallofour childrenleavewellprepared andhappytostartschool. ``` ``` The teamoftrusteeswillcontinuetosupportin anadvisoryandaccountabilitycapacity.Wesay thank youandgoodbyetotwo trusteeswhoareretiringattheNovemberAGM: JaneLimaand GemmaSharp.
