## **Section C Objectives and activities** 

Kicking Off Against Cancer was very much found to be at a crossroads in this financial year due to circumstances outside of the charity. 

A meeting was held to decide whether we could continue to operate as we were not maximising our potential and therefore not reaching as many people as we would have liked. 

It looked like we would have no option but to close KOAC and decide what to do with the money we had – however, some of the trustees upon reflection had a **Summary of the main** change of heart and wished to continue to operate KOAC even if it was with **activities undertaken for the** minimal fund-raising events. **public benefit in relation to** We have still helped people in this time frame with experiences and whilst we still **these objects** have the funds to do this, we will continue to do so. Throughout the year we still helped with 5 applications to create memories and received a further six that we are in contact with.

## **Section F                     Other optional information** 

Kicking Off Against Cancer has continued to struggle to maintain its activity due to trustee’s commitments away from the charity. However, it has ben decided that we are better off running as we are and helping people that we can even if it is not the numbers we would have liked. 

Fundraising has been paused and we will actively be looking to continue to help those suffering from Cancer as even one person helped is better than closing and not being able to help anyone.
