**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AT DENBY FREE AIDED PRIMARY SCHOOL BY:A) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING AND;B) PROMOTING CLOSE CO-OPERATION AND COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PARENTS, TEACHERS, CHURCH MEMBERS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH SCHOOL AND ITS COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** The charity holds several fundraising events throughout the year. The largest events held are a summer fayre and Christmas fayre. Smaller events include quiz nights, cake sales and a fun run.
