**Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** 

To provide horse riding therapy to special needs children with trained coaches and volunteer helpers supported by school staff. Aims are to encourage self motivation, increase confidence and promote independence and self-esteem.

Pupils of St Anthony’s School, Chichester are offered horse riding as A part of the school’s education programme. Support staff and trained volunteers identified each child’s special needs and worked together towards individual goals using a mix of mounted games and physical exercises on horseback.

Section D                      Achievements and performance 

The group provided facilities, helpers, coaches and horses for up to 10 **Summary of the main achievements of the charity** riders weekly during term time. **during the year** Children also experienced horse related activities and theory sessions. Riders worked towards recognised RDA certificates of achievements and gained rosettes for completion of half term sessions. Sufficient funds were received via donations and group fund raising to pay for use of horses and to provide equipment and clothing for riders as needed.
