The foundation provides grants to charities.
Initially th•s was in two focus areas of people
without rry'stered identities and online safety.
Increasingly these themes are more directly
addressed by company activities. The
foundation ha5 therefore looked to champion
growing initiatives that tackle challenges
around the world. It has held a series of
workshops to shape a strategy that will be
launched in 2026.

achieves its impact through the funding of other
charitie5 who have identified through their own
programme of work the clear positive benefits
they are having on their beneficiaries and wider
society.

In this period Yoti Foundation continued to
support its first partner RIVET and provided a
third grant of £50,000.
RIVET is a hugely ambitious non profit
organisation that funds and amplifies social
change projects led by young people all over
the world. RIVET bring5 together young people,
NGOS and influencers to finance projects that
tackle everything from food insecurity in rural
areas to systemic gender bias in their
communities.
To date, RIVET has funded over 1.200 projects in
66 countries, impactin8 over 260,0¢)O people.

1 General Accounting Pollcies
a Revenue Recognition
Revenue from donations is recognised at the time of donation. this
is considered to be the time at which the company is fully entitled to
the income.
b Restricted Income
All income during the year is unrestricted, and therefo￿ the SOFA
has not been shown with separate fund accounting
c Taxation
Yoti Charitsble Foundation is a charty for tax purposes in line with
paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 Finance Act 2010. and therefore will not
pay any corporation tax
d Accounting Period
Yoli Charilable Foundation has a 12 motnh accounting period,
running from 1 August to 31 July.
2 Charitsble Grants
One Charitable grant was made during the year to RIVET Global, a
charity based in the USA. The grant was made in USD.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/07/2025. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examine's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
