The foundation provides grants to charities.
Initially this was in two focus areas of people
without registered identities and online safety.
Increasingly this focus is broadening to include
supporting charities who provide young social
innovators globally with seed funding, expertise
and connertions to build out solutions to
challenges they encounter in their
communities.
The trustees have reviewed the guidance from
the Charity Commission on public benefit and
used it in guiding the activities of the
Foundation.

As a grant making foundation Yoti Foundation
achieves its impact through the funding of other
charities who have identified through their own
programme of work the clear positive benefits
they are having on their beneficiaries and wider
society.

In this period Yoti Foundations was thrilled to
announce RIVET as one of its first partners and
provided two grants of £50,000 each.
RIVET is a hugely ambitious non profit
organisation that funds and amplifies social
change projects led by young people all over
the world. RIVET brings together young people.
NGOS and influencers to finance projects that
tackle everything from food insecurity in rural
areas to systemic gender bias in their
communities.
To date, RIVET has funded over 1,000 projects in
66 countries, impacting over 260,000 people.

I report to the Irustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe Trust") for the year ended 31*t July 2024.
Responslbllitles and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in respect of my examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination, I confirm that no material matters have
examlnar's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept In accordance with sectlon 130
of the Charities Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair. view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
