**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF NORTH MANCHESTER:-1)TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY; AND2)TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. THE ORGANISATION WILL CARRY OUT THE ABOVE TWO PURPOSES BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO HELP IMPROVE THEIR PROSPECTS OF GAINING EMPLOYMENT OR TRAINING.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** We seek to improve the capacity and skills of our socially & disadvantaged communities. We provide I.A.G. to North Manchester residents seeking employment, training or volunteering. We deliver outreach sessions offering work club activities, welfare & Housing, Digital Skills, regulated immigration, accredited online & classroom training, volunteering, wellbeing and community-led activities
