The Waltham Abbey U3A provides opportunities for retired and semi retired members to participate in activities such as dance, gardening,cycling, languages and games. There are a number of different groups that members can join and a monthly meeting with informative speakers.
Objects: To Advance Education And In Particular The Education Of People Not In Full Time Gainful Employment Who Are In Their Third Age (Being The Period Of Time After The First Age Of Childhood Dependence And The Second Age Of Full Time Employment And/or Parental Responsibility) Residing In Waltham Abbey And Its Surrounding Locality.
