Objects: (1) To Act As A Resource For Young People And Families Living In Wealden By Providing Through Provision Of A 'One Stop Service' Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals;(b) Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Young People And Parents Living In Wealden Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Status, Disability Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life For Such Persons; (C) Advancing Education(2) The Promotion Of Social Inclusion Among Parents And Their Children Socially Excluded From Society (Or Part Of IT) As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors:unemployment; Financial Hardship; Race; Gender; Poor Educational Skills Or Attainment; Disability; Ethnic Origin; Sexuality; Or Who Are Within Or Have Experienced The Public Care Or Penal System By Means Of:(a) Providing Education And Information To Support Parents To Maximise Educational Opportunities For Their Children:(b) Providing Workshops, Forums, Advocacy And General Support(c) By Raising Public Awareness Of The Issues That Can Lead To Social Exclusion(3) To Relieve The Mental And Physical Sickness/pain Of Young People And Parents Resident In Wealden Suffering From Mental Health Issues By Provision Of Counselling And Support For Such Persons;(4) To Educate Young People (And Parents) In Matters Of Sexual Health And Develop Amongst Them A Sense Of Responsibility With Regard To Sexual Behaviour And Personal Relationships, With The Aim Of Reducing Unwanted Pregnancies And The Spread Of Sexually Transmitted Infections By Provision Of Targeted Drop In's And Partnership Working With Local Schools And Agencies;
