These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with our terms of engagement and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Acts that relate to preparing the financial statements of the company for the year ended 30 April 2024.

We have prepared these finance statements, which include the Profit and Loss accounts, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, based on the accounting records, information and explanations provided by you. We do not express any opinion on the financial statements. On the Balance Sheet you have acknowledged your duties under the prevailing Companies Acts to ensure that the company keeps adequate accounting records and prepares financial statements that give "a true and fair view". I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/04/2024

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent [The charity’s gross income exceeded £25,000 and I am qualified to examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a registered HMRC AML – monitored agent.
