**Objects:** TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ADDING ADDITIONAL FUNDING TO APPLICATIONS FOR HEATING AND INSULATION MEASURES THAT SUFFER FROM FUNDING SHORTFALLS, THEREFORE ALLOWING NECESSARY UPGRADES OR REPLACEMENT TO HEATING AND INSULATION WHICH THE BENEFICIARY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF FINANCIAL MEANS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** Using the charities resources both in time and money to alleviate fuel poverty to people that cannot secure funding elsewhere or where the funding available is not sufficient to make them warm in their homes. This will be achieved by the installation or renewal of heating systems and other insulation type works to improve the householder's property.
