After the tottid yeais of Covid. with exatn Unc¢￿illIlCS and consequenlial 8fdde itdlations, the A Level resu1¢5 grade
proflle this year ha5 returned closer to those expeTien¢ed during pre-covid Tim¢s. For those taking their A Levels this
year. this was their r￿st experience of public examinations because Covid cancelled their GCSE exams. As such. there
has inevitably been uncertainty and ttepsdation. butthe Churcher's swdents have provedonce again quite how exceptronal
they ar¢.
Cornparison5 with results from the tmmediat¢ly pre¢eding year are less valid because of the Covid adjustment5 that ivere
made to grades. For non-covid adjusted ycar5. this year we have our highest ever pcrcenta8e at the top A. grade, with
thirteen students achieving an exceptronal three A* gr8des or more.
