promoting and co-ordinating
ecumenical strategies at all levels

support, equitable financial assessment and
proper periodic review;
e.
encouraging full and early ecumenical
consultation so that the churches may use
resources (including buildings and the
deployment of personnel) with sensitivity and
in the interests of good stewardship;
f.
providing a meeting point for Christian
leaders and representatives within the county;
g.
keeping the churches informed about
ecumenical initiatives both inside and outside
the county, liaising with the national

Christian reference point for local government
and other secular bodies with whom Churches
Together in Lincolnshire will seek to work in
the interests of the well-being of the people of
Lincolnshire
Examples of this are by encouraging and
enabling church bodies in Lincolnshire to act
together; for example : providing training
course, conferences on relevant subjects, times
of prayer and discussion, etc. We also act as a
voice for the churches to the wider community,
in particular public bodies - working with
Lincolnshire County Council to promote road
safety. We organise the annual Road Victims
Memorial Service, Working with LCC, District
Councils & other organisations such as
Lincolnshire Resilience Forum to resource
Critical Emergencies via the CTAL Emergency
Faith Responders, and also helping with
situations such as Refugee, Migrants and other

this report.| |Other||| ## **Achievements and Performance** SORP reference Summary of the main Para 1.20 achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. - During 2024 Churches Together in All Lincolnshire undertook work and support in the following areas: • **Supporting and resourcing Churches Together Groups, Local and Unity Networks & Initiatives.** - • **Warm Welcome Spaces Initiatives and The Cost of Living Crisis, Aging Well in Lincolnshire Initiative, including representation on the Local Government Tasking Groups.** - • **Asylum Seekers, Good Neighbours, and Churches Alliance representation.** - • **The Lincolnshire Prayer Map.** • **The Ukraine, Afghan and Migrant Situations, including local church and county level representation.** - • R **ecruitment and training for the Emergency Faith Responders, and work with Lincolnshire Resilience Forum.** - • **Pioneer, Fresh Expressions & Mission Enabler Strategy Sessions.** - • **Road Traffic Victims Memorial Service and other county prayer and worship services.** - **For 2025 we will be continuing our work across the County, and Looking forward CTAL will:** Continue to put on the events and do the work as listed above. Further resource and build up links between us and the local Churches Together or unity groups in the county so that we can better serve, resource and develop new framework local ecumenical partnerships and those involved in them. Continue to support churches working in new areas, including with new housing builds, working together to develop and resource them. Encouraging ecumenical multi-church working even if by producing one friendly and helpful guide to churches and services. Continue to work with and represent the ecumenical working of churches to the civic and secular organisations, building engagement for local churches in communities and at county wide, or national engagements. Continue working with Lincolnshire Faith and Environment Group(s), Good Neighbours, or Places of Welcome Projects and looking forward to these works which can very much be ecumenical and community centred in a positive biblical way too. With our Pioneering and Fresh Expression focus and the new Lincolnshire Mission Enabler Strategy Sessions, there is work with rural and coastal communities as we face more churches closing, or areas with more dispersed ministers and the burden this may place on them - ecumenical working and partnership and a focus on resourcing hybrid or lay ministry may yet be a place we can be well placed to help guide, broker, enable and assist through a few different mediums and being placed to help where there may be a need. Also setting up the Lincolnshire Ecumenical Myriad Hub for churches offering lay church planters and pioneer teams the opportunity to journey together on a learning pathway, designed to equip them over two and a half years with the tools needed to plant and establish new church communities in their context. Importantly for us though, is the awareness that we are here to help all church communities and with that in mind we appreciate and welcome guidance and suggestions as to what it is Denominations and Churches would most appreciate us to focus on to really help and support your own works… and we would like to remind churches and denominations in Lincolnshire that we are here at any time to help in any way we can, so please do not hesitate to make that contact with us or share our details on. We hope that you will feel that this summary reflects a useful contribution and that CTAL represents good value for the county. All commitments were met during the year.
Accounts spent were, to a high degree, close to
the amounts anticipated in our Budget.

Churches Together in All Lincolnshire can assist
and help to minister ecumenically into them will
continue to be a priority task for 2025.
