**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE AREA MEETING IS THE FURTHERANCE OF THE GENERAL RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS (QUAKERS) IN BRITAIN IN THE AREA OF THE AREA MEETING AND BEYOND.

**Activities:** We advance the tenets of faith contained in Quaker Faith and Practice, which is the book of Christian discipline of the Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends in Britain. Meetings for Worship are regularly held in Bexhill, Eastbourne, Hastings, Herstmonceux, Lewes, Polegate, Rye, Seaford and Uckfield.
