These sessions have<br>successfully created a safe and<br>supportve environment where women<br>can share their personal experiences<br>and gain awareness on crucial topics<br>such as mental health, various health<br>conditons, well-being, and<br>mindfulness.<br>The achievements of these sessions are<br>evident in the growing confdence of<br>the atendees. Women are now more<br>open in discussions, sharing their<br>thoughts, views, and experiences with<br>greater ease. The joy and grattude<br>expressed by the partcipants highlight<br>the positve impact of these gatherings,<br>as seen in their smiles and appreciaton<br>for AFNO’s eforts.<br>This year we had fre safety session run<br>by an actve frefghter. She provided<br>comprehensive informaton regarding<br>home fre safety in a very interactve<br>session. The session was also delivered<br>in Nepali that made it easy for all the<br>partcipants to absorb the informaton.<br>We also had a session run by a<br>physician’s assistant who discussed<br>access to GP, services available in the<br>GP and also had brief discussion about<br>common health conditons.|
