**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('THE OBJECTS') ARE(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF LOCAL DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN LONDON WHO ARE UNDERACHIEVING IN MAINSTREAM EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION AND HOMEWORK TUITION CLASSES SPECIALLY ON CORE SUBJECTS ENGLISH, MATHS, SCIENCE AND ICT.(2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(3) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN LONDON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS WITH A FOCUS ON THOSE OF BANGLADESH ORIGIN OR FROM OTHER ETHNIC MINORITIES BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION IN THE AREAS OF INCOME, SUPPORT, HOUSING, IMMIGRATION, HEALTH AND EDUCATION.(4) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH MAY BE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
