**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH ARE: 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN PLUMSTEAD AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD; AND2. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH IN GENERAL MEETING / FURTHER THE WORK OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** The Slade Evangelical Church seeks to provide Biblical Christian teaching and ministry through Sunday services and midweek groups. It also seeks to reach out to and provide services to the surrounding area throughout the week through, for example, youth groups, meetings for elderly people, a toddlers and carers group, meals for the homeless and English classes for speakers of other languages.
