SORP reference<br>Grants will be decided by Trustees on a<br>Para 1.38  case by case basis, considering financial<br>Policy on grant making  condition of the Charity. The Community<br>Fund, inherited from Kings Acre, earns<br>investment returns that are available, by<br>decision of the Trustees to community<br>projects.<br>Trustees rent office space to a prisoner<br>Para 1.38  befriending organisation at favourable rental<br>Policy on social investment  as positive support for their work in prisons,<br>including program related  considering the church is opposite Brixton<br>investment  Prison. The church also rents space to a<br>nursery; as well as providing income to<br>support the church, it is seen as a<br>community asset.<br>Kings Acre buildings are used for youth<br>activities despite minimal income.<br>Trustees plan to work with the circuit to<br>mesh with the work of Clapham Youth<br>Centre.<br>The Charity is highly dependent on<br>Para 1.38  volunteers, trustees and others.<br>Contribution made by<br>volunteers<br>Other<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The charity is in a reasonable financial<br>financial position at the end  position but does not have sufficient funds<br>of the period  for a much-needed redevelopment. Good<br>surplus this year, because little was spent on<br>property.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  The church’s total liquid funds are close to<br>policy for holding reserves  its turnover.
