case basis, considering financial condition of the
Charity. The Community Fund, inherited from Kings
Acre, earns investment returns that are available,
by decision of the Trustees to community projects.

Foundation at favourable rental as positive support
for their work in prisons, considering the church is
opposite Brixton Prison. The church also rents
space to a nursery; as well as providing income to

Kings Acre buildings are used for youth activities
despite minimal income.
Trustees plan to work with the circuit to mesh with
the work of Clapham Youth Centre .

but does not have sufficient funds for a much-
needed redevelopment.Significant loss of
income while church was closed by Covid.
