STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE ANO MANAGEMENT
Lady Gould'5 Charity was originally established by deed In 1691. It was subsequently registered wilh
the Chanty Commission wth registration number 234978.
The organisation was Inctworated as a Charitable Incorporated OrganisatK)n on 11 July 2017 and the
charitable trust was subsequently W￿n￿ up, following the transfer of assets and liabilitie5 frorn the
charitable trust to the Charity on 1 January 2018
The Charrty's goveming document Is rts Constitution (Foundatson Modell.
The Charity Is registered wrth the Charity Commission for England and Wales underthe Chaiity Number

The Trustees have a duty to identsfy and review the risks to whith the Charity is exrosed and to ensure

As the charity Iruslees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 I'the Acl'l.
I report in respect of my examinab.on of the Trusfs attounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145 {5) (bl of the Act.

I have completed my examination I confirm that no material matters have come to my attenbon in connection with
the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect".
