**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AN ORCHARD FOR THE BENEFIT AND USE WITHOUT CHARGE FOR INHABITANTS OF AND VISITORS TO SEDBERGH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** To develop and maintain an organic orchard in Sedbergh for the public benefit for all residing in the area and for visitors. We provide a place where people can enjoy and learn about fruit growing and wildlife. We hold events which provide learning opportunities for adults and children from local schools and organisations.
