We<br>provide facilities for recreation and other<br>leisure time occupations for residents and<br>associations<br>who<br>have<br>need<br>of<br>such<br>facilities by reason of their youth, age,<br>infirmity<br>or<br>disablement,<br>social<br>and<br>economic circumstances and for the public<br>at large in the interests of social welfare<br>and to improve the conditions of life for the<br>said inhabitants.||
