## **ANNUAL REPORT – PENARTH TOWN TRUST – 117374** 2024 to 2025 has concentrated on Planning for the following year and formulating a five year Plan. There is no income or expenditure for the last financial year. For the year ahead we hope to achieve the following: ## **Acquire a lease on a premises and sublet to a like-minded business.** The Financial Model will carry low risk since the Business Provider will take on the Investment and any borrowing required. The Business Provider will also link in with the overall Vision, that is, to show how we must live in the future to avoid the threat of Nature Emergency. **Moving forward within a Five Year Plan - Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose and Recreate the building on an existing Carbon Footprint to show the Vision** **Engage both the immediate and outside Communities in our work through a number of mediums** **to build a strong membership base around our proposed Project and plan for the website to play a more major and central role in relation to our future planning** 2025 will hopefully enable us to build a sound financial base to support Projects and create sustainable strands of income.
