The charity manages the affairs of the CIO and may for that purpose
exercise the powers of the CIO.
There must be at least 2 charity trustees. If the number falls below the
minimum, the remaining trustee or trustees may only call a meeting of the
trustees, or appoint a new charity trustee.
The first charity trustees are as follows

The grant making policy was approved and fomially adopted by the
Trustees of Hamro Foundation at a meeting on the 20 September 2017.
It sets out the principles, eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria that will

by Hamro Foundation.
