**Objects:** 1) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 18 LIVING IN WESTON, SOUTHAMPTON ANDTHE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OFPHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES ANDCAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE ANDRESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION;(C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FORPEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE,INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TOIMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY MEANS OFBROADCASTING CHRISTIAN MESSAGES OF AN EVANGELISTIC AND TEACHING NATURE.

**Activities:** WCYP serves young people living in Weston, Southampton and the surrounding areas by helping them advance in life by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; advancing education; providing recreational activities; and advancing the Christian religion.
