The Charity is governed by The NalderTrust Administration Deed 2018. Objectives and Activities To use the bequest for the provision of homes for old people and for no other purpose whatsoever and to use its best endeavours to ensure that the proposals are carried into effect and that the property or properties purchased by the council with the bequest is or are collecttvely named "Nalder House" Achlevements and Perfomiance The Charity continued to provide accommodation forfour residents in its four Almshouse flats at a social rent in accordance with the Trusys purpose. The Charity has completed the lease extension on the remaining flat which had the original lease in p5ace, thus securing our asset long term. As planned, an entirely redesigned website has been launched and is fulty operational. Financial Review The Charity increased the rental charges during the year, but the figure still remains within the Housing Benefit Allowance, which is our ideal aim. Cash funds, having included the lease extension costs, stood at a figure of £68.023.33 as at 31.03.25. Declaration The sole trustee (Brockenhurst Parish Council} declares that it has approved the trustee's-report above.
