**Objects:** TO USE THE BEQUEST FOR THE PROVISION OF HOMES FOR OLD PEOPLE AND FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE WHATSOEVER AND TO USE ITS BEST ENDEAVOURS TO ENSURE THAT THE PROPOSALS ARE CARRIED INTO EFFECT AND THAT THE PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES PURCHASED BY THE COUNCIL WITH THE BEQUEST IS OR ARE COLLECTIVELY NAMED "NALDER HOUSE".

**Activities:** To use the bequest of Miss Nalder under her will dated 24 Janauary 1987 to provide homes for local old people who could not otherwise afford to live in the Brockenhurst Civil Parish.  The Trust currently owns four flats at Homeforde House in Brockenhurst which are let to this purpose.
