Trustees consulted with colleagues working with charities in the theatre sector and conducted an in-depth review at an Away Day. Options for public engagement and communication were explored with Business students at Oxford Brookes University. **during the year**|After a period of dormancy resulting from pandemic lock-downs, the re-
tirement of one of the Artistic Directors and the maternity leave of the
other Artistic Director, it was necessary for the Trustees to fully review
the mission and vision of the charity, proposed activity and structure.
In a student project with Oxford Brookes University Business School
potential for refreshed public engagement and marketing by the charity
was explored.
Potential partners and issues relating to physical and mental health
were identified, and initial steps taken to put in place a new way of work-
