Appointed by Existing Trustees
The Hub @TheChapel, a Community Response group continued to
serve the local community mainly helping families with gas and
electricity costs and working alongside the Tewkesbury Foodbank to
supply food.
We continued to work in close liaison with Christians Against
Poverty, Bromford Housing P3 and Tewkesbury Borough Council
assisting and guiding families who are being made homeless.
We continued to work in close liaison with Tewkesbury Borough
Council’s Covid Officer to provide care for the community in the
safest way possible, providing Risk Assessments and Method
Statements to deal with the challenges we faced.
The trustees and volunteers received training in leading the various
groups being run by the church. These groups include Church
Services, Little Gems Messy Craft for toddlers, Coffee Chill and Chat
for all ages, Little Treasures Baby and Toddler Group, Lighthouse Club
after-school club for primary school aged children, Fellowship Group
for all Christians in the church, Craft Group for adults, Ladies Bible
Study and Men’s Group.
We began X-treme, a new Youth Club in September for local children
in Senior School following liaison with the local Police Community
Support Officers. Risks were assessed and procedures were put in
place to ensure the safety of the young people.
On 24thMay, we held the funeral of James Panter. On 14thAugust we

To advance the Christian faith, in accordance with the statements of
out in its governing document
belief appearing in the schedule "statement of faith", for the benefit
of the public in the Priors Park, Tewkesbury and the surrounding area,
in particular but not exclusively, for the provision of opportunity for
prayer, worship, teaching, fellowship, communion, the public
celebration of Christian festivals and evangelism to enlighten others
about the Christian faith, and the provision of pastoral care to the
community.

Summary of the main achievements of the Much time was spent supporting many who are suffering from Mental
