## **Achievements and performance** 

2021 was the year of recovery following the Pandemic.. and recover we did despite organisations falling around us – we grew and grew stronger and stronger. 

The team all came back together and were vigorated but found the demands on us as a centre were unprecedented. 

We made new partnerships with Foodbanks and became a distribution centre. 

Management had to pull out all the stops and access guidance and advice from the many networks we are connected to.. However it soon became apparent that we were infact the leading organisation in the way to fight back and so developed a mentor relationship and a “GO TO” service for those organisations that had been closed down during the pandemic. 

Made in roads and joined the AAP Board and also a Parish councillor – ensuring constant source of the most current devekpments and opportunities. 

We are still here at the end of 2021 – testament to the hard work and understanding of the manager of the centre. 

## _**Plans we had for the future**_ 

- To plaster, damp proof and seal the old cellar to make us more air tight and energy efficient. - completed 

## _**Plans for the future 2022 onwards**_ 

- Renew the outer fire exit doors 

- Renew the guttering around the building.
