expenditu￿ for at least one year. As noted above. the Trustees expect the Charity to have sUffiC￿nI funds to

gr8nls. In particular. the Trustees intend that the Foundation will continue to support education through
Marlborough Colkge and the 8rilish Racing &hcol by way of grants and bursar￿$. There ￿ also a continued
yearfy grant the Nathonal ￿n9 Museum.
