The aims of the preschool is to support and enhance the development
and educakn'on primarily under sthiwl age. by offering appropriate play,
education and care facilities.

We provide opportunities for all Ghiklren from our local community and
area, regardless of gender. race, cuKure, religion, means, developmental
stsge or abilty.
We support parents to take responsibility for and become involved in the
activities of the group. to become part of the preschool 'familY,
encouraging them to tecome an integral part of their child's leaming and
development.
We support all Children to achieve their potential, encouraging and
supporting their individual needs, championing their individual and group
sucSses. We use available resour to enhan children's
experiences.
We work alongside outside agencies to access and provide support for
children and families vrith addttional needs, to ensure they can aesS
our setting.

Achievements and performance
Woodlands Childcare have continually worked hard to provide care,
educatton and support for all children throughout the year.
We continued to provide re education and support for all children and
support new children to transition into preschool successfully.
We provided children wth activities and eXperienS to encourage and
engage their individual interests, to promote their leaming, provide
¢hallenges and promote and support their social interactions and
relationships with their peers and adults.
We access support from outside agencies to enhance and support what
we provide for the thildren, uiilising their expertise to enable us to
support and care for a51 children regardless of ability or need.
We continue to build good links with the primary school. district ntre
and local thildren's ntre.
Staff support the children to feel cared for and safe whilst in the setting
allowng them to play. leam, build relationships and face challenges.
Although our main fundraising events have been dtfficult to maintain we
were still able to provide children wtth special experiences such as visits
from Father Christmas. the Easter bunny aTrJ leavers gifts.

charity (kne Trusf) for the year ended 3110812023.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charitys trustees, you are resrM)nsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan vrith the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's acwunts Carried out
under sectton 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I cy)nfiTtn that no material rnatte have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accxwnting records were not kept in accordan wth section 130
of the Charities Act" or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records" or
the accounts did not wmply with the applicable requirements
onceming the forTn and c4)ntent of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
th the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
