Ensuring our work delivers our aims

Due to the pandemic the Charity is still in in its early phase. All trustees are aware of their obligations as trustees and are familiar with Charity Commission guidance.

Risk Management

Trustees conduct regular reviews of the major risks to which the Charity is exposed and a rsik register is being developed.

Trustee remuneration and related parties

No trustee received any remuneration during the year and no trust or any other person related to the charity had any personal interest in any contract or transaction entered into by the Charity during the year, save for the University of the Arts London (UAL) where David Isaac is the Chair of the Board of Governors. He has accordingly recused himself from the decision to make a grant to UAL.
