The objectives of the organisalionis fi'rst is lo advance the Christian faith in a¢cordan¢e with ils
statement of beliefs for the benefit of their members in the UK and in other parts of the world as
the Trustees may think fit in the future.
The main activities undertaken in relation to those pury?oses during the year.
The Major strategic focus for the minstry this year has been to organise workshops for church
members where members are educated on their spiritual, social and health welbeing. We continue
to encourage members lo gather together and fellowship with each other and contine lo leam the
principles and doctrines of the christian faith. The charity has also supported the planting of
Churches in Pakistan and Ghana.
The main activities undertaken during the year to further the charity s purpose for
the public benefit.

The Charity main objective Is to promote the worship of God and the preaching the Gospel of
Jesus Christ Both locally and internationally. To achieve this we have weekly services and bible
studies. The charity also continue lo suuport a charity in Rwanda called PRECIOUS SIGHT
FOUNDATION to deliver eye care mission. The Charity also continue lo support the church in
Pakistan by providing il with bibles and resourse materials to enable them effectively share the
Gospel of jesus Christ.11 also a local charity called the Sl. Pelers. Additionally, il also supported ils
members and members of the public whose situations were drawn to the church with various
financial support packages lo mitigate the cost of living burden on families and individuals.

The contribution of volunteers during the year.
Volunteers help run church meeting, have helped Supporting the youth and bereaved familie, they
help organise social events and retreat for members.
The main achievements and performance of the charity during the year.
The ministry continue lo meet regularfy lo share the Gospel of Jesus christ, to leach new believers
and give members the ability to fellowship with others. 11 was also able lo support the youth lo
grow spiritually and their personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which has directly
impacted their social and academic performance and family lives.

beneficiaries of the charity.

The trustees consider the financial performance by the charity during the year lo have been
satisfactory.
Policies on reseAves.
In the trustees view, the reserves should provide the charity with adequate stability and the means
forit lo meet ils charitable objectives for the forseeable future. The trustees propose lo maintain the
charity's reserve at a level which Is al least equivalent lo six month operational expenditure and
have done so having regards to its manner of operation. The trustees review the amount of
resserves that are required lo ensure that il is adequate lo fulfill the charity's continuing oNigalions
on a quarterly basis al their finance meeting.

temis of the Charities Act 2011 and the Charities IAccounts and Reports) Regulations 2008.
Notwilhslanding the explicit requirement in the extant slatulory regulalions,the Charities IA¢counts

2005. in view of the fact that the SORP 2005 has been withdrawn, the Trustees determined to
interpret this responsibility as requiring them lo follow current best practice and prepare the
accounts according to the FRS 102 SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice for Accounting
and Reporting by Chariliesl 2015, las amended by the Bulletin issued in October 2018 and
applicable to all accounting periods beginning on or after 1st January 20191, (The SORPI,

1 Accounting policies

The accounts have been prepared on the accruals basis, under the histori¢al Cost convention. and in accordan￿ with the
Financial Reporting Standard 102, (effective 1st January 20161 and'FRS 102 SORP Istatement of Recornmended
Practice forAccounting and Reporting by Charities) 2015. las amended by the Bulletin issued in October 2018 and
applicable to all accounting periods beginning on or after 1st January 20191. (The SORPI, published by the Charity
Comm15sion In England & Wales ICCEWI , effective January 2016, and in accordance with all applicable law in the
charity's jurisdiction of r￿Istration. except that the charity h8s prepared the finarn￿81 statements in accordance with the
FRS 102 SORP Istalernent of Recommended Pra¢ti¢e lor A¢counting and Reporting by Charities) 2015. las amended by
the Bulletin issued in October 2018 and applicable to all accounting periods beginning on or after 151 January 20191, (The
SORPI. in preference to the previous SORP. the SORP 2005, which has been withdrawn, nohvilhstanding the fact that

Policies relating to expenditure on goods and setrvices provided to the charty-
Volunteers
In accordan￿ with the SORP. and in ￿¢09nitIOn of the difficulties in ￿8¢In9 a monetary value on the contribution from
volunteers, the contribution of volunteers is not Induded within the income of the charity.
However, the trustees value the significant contribution made to the activities of the ¢harrty by unpaid volunteers and this
is described more fully in Note6.
Fund Accounting
Unrestricted funds are available for use at the discretion of the trustee8 in furtherance of the gener81 objectives of the
charity.
Designated funds a￿ unreslricled funds eamiarked by the Trustees for particular purposes.
Restricted funds are subjected to restrictions on their expenditure.
There 8re no endowment funds.
2 Liability to taxation
The Trustees consider that the charity satisfies the tests set out in Paragraph 1 Schedule 6 of the Finance Act 2010 for
UK corporation tax purposes. Accordingly. the Charity is potentially exempt from taxation In ￿SpeCt ol Income or capital
gains received within categories covered by chapter 3 part 11 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 or Section 256 of the
Taxation of Chargeable Gain$ Act 1992. to the extent that such income or gains a￿ applied exclusively on the specific
charilatile objects ol the charity and lor no other purpose. Value Added Tax is not ￿coVerable by the charity, and is
therefore induded in the relevant costs in the Stalernent of Financial Activities.

6 The contrlbutlon of volunteers
The charity depend8 on the support of its volunteers, which 18 much appreciated. The charity had 8 Volunteers
who donated numerous hours of thelr tlme stewardlng events. It Is estlmated that wlthout the help of volunteers,
the charity would need to find the equivalent of over £10,000 to obtsin similar services. The arrangements with
volunteers 8re difficult to value precisely in monetsry terms and have not been recognised in the Statement of
Financial Activities. The volunteers and the charity accept and ag￿e that no contrad of employment is Created
by these arrangements.
